Thoughtful design

SHARK Lock-On 4ZONE heated grips are all about fast heat-up and high heating power. Controls integrated in the handles allow easy control and temperature adjustment in 5 heating stages, indicated by LEDs in the handles. The intelligent control unit and thermostats located in the handles monitor and control the temperature separately at each handle to ensure that the set temperature is maintained accurately. SHARK Lock-On 4ZONE handles are among the slimmest heated handles on the market. Most heated grips have significantly increased in diameter due to the built-in heating, making the grips thicker and harder to fit in the hand. But the SHARK Lock-On 4ZONE heated grips have a very slim diameter, de facto on par with the original (non-heated) grips on the machine. Not least contributing to the secure and stable grip is the fine diamond pattern with excellent grip, and the optimally soft compound, which filters handlebar vibrations very well.

Lock-On system: no gluing required

Another unique advantage of SHARK grips is the Lock-On quick-release system, which makes fitting them wonderfully simple. The handles are not glued to the handlebars, but simply screwed on with special clamps. The Lock-On system holds the handlebar very securely, significantly more than glued handles. In addition, thanks to the ease of assembly and disassembly, these handles can be very easily swapped over to a new ATV if a new machine is purchased, without having to buy new handles. The Lock-On system also makes it much easier to fit the lever covers (“bosses”). The outer ends of the handles no longer have to be complicatedly destroyed and drilled for screws, with these handles you simply remove the end caps.

Four-zone heating

SHARK Lock-On 4ZONE handles are four-zone, which means they can control up to four separately heated accessories. So, in addition to the handles themselves, they can also control the throttle lever heating in five heat settings, and depending on the kit purchased, additionally the seat heating and one or two other heated accessories such as heated vests, boot liners and so on. And all this easily and simply with just two buttons. Each of the heated devices can be set independently of the others, while the integrated thermostat automatically maintains the set temperature with the handles to compensate for fluctuations in the outside temperature.
